Basil Pizza and Pasta takes the preparation and presentation of our gluten-free food very seriously.
We have been slowly and surely increasing our gluten-free range, including many pizzas and pastas, some cakes and "cheesecakes", all coffee, teas, and hot chocolate beverages, and of course our Naked Espresso weekend breakfast/brunch has many gluten-free options.

Many patrons have asked for a wholemeal option, so now we also make delicious wholemeal pizza from scratch, in-house.
Why wholemeal? More taste, more texture, more nutrition, and a great compliment to many of our toppings.
Australian grown Demeter certified bio-dynamic stone ground whole wheat.
The description is quite a mouthful, but so is the pizza!
